Marinated drumsticks
Raw into the marinade, straight to the freezer. Different sauce, different dinner.
What you need
- 10 chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (BBQ batch)
- 1 lemon (lemon-garlic batch)
- 2 garlic cloves (lemon-garlic batch)
How to prep it
- Mix the marinades in separate freezer bags.
- Split the raw drumsticks between the bags, massage well.
- Freeze flat, raw, right in the marinade.
- Cook from frozen: bake at 400°F ~45 min, flipping once.
